NOTE: I tucked a smaller hospital rabbithole inside one of the Day Spa Community Lots and set it to "Vistor's Allowed". Your sim can enter the rabbithole hospital and receive all the services that the hospital offers, plus enjoy the entirity of the space which includes, sauna, hot tub, several massage tables, swimming pool and lounge area.
