FIRST A FEW WORDS FROM YOUR HOST:
Good work this round. You guys are maintaining that excellence I've grown to expect :) keep it up!
This was a SINGLE-ELIMINATION round, One person is eliminated
Please read the following information regarding future assignments:
**As this is a fashion competition, remember the key term: editorial. That means your images should appear as if they belong in a magazine - but with NO words.
**Once again...this competition is about the setting. Your model is, of course, important too, but the setting is your goal - create something awesome.

Now this is the kind of image I expect from you. You did what was asked of you on all fronts – the water source and the softer clothing choice. I love the colors and that outfit is so adorable on Dylan. I love that headband! I think the pose is neat too because it’s playful and coy – nice touch with the foxgloves! That pink tree in the background is gorgeous too. Great job this round, Heather.

I love how you made the shades of green the dominating color and used the flowers to break it up. It really pulls the image together nicely. I like the dress. It looks soft and natural like I was looking for. The only thing I'd have really added was some shadowing around Dylan's feet on the grass to make it look less like she's floating.

I love the pastel colors in this photo. Dylan is at a cool side of the river. I like the scenery, all of the colors compliment your model. I love the hairstyle and, but I would have like to have seen another color or pattern to be part of your model's look. I thought overall you did a pretty good job!

I love the choice of water source. The water is beautifully rippling and the clarity of the color is great. I do wish something more exciting was going on in the sky – like a sunset or at least some clouds. Thank you for posing Danica between the two pillars rather than directly in front of one. That way she doesn’t look like a pillar is growing from her head. The pose is also very beautifully used. Unfortunately, you missed the softer side of fashion aspect of the assignment with the wardrobe. Her dress is dark and elegant for a black tie event. Lighter, softer clothing and colors would have been spot on.

I love the pier and the water setting. The hills in the distance are awesome and I love how they're kind of hazy. Your whole setting is really pretty. Danica looks super awesome in that dress, and I think yours was the most fitting and fashionable of the round. Your model's skin and hair look a bit flat though. Some light shading would have pushed this to perfection.

Wow, Jewitt this photo is breathtaking! I absolutely love her gown, it's stunning on Danica. I love that scenery includes the old broken down docks. It adds character to the photo. I don't see your model wearing any accessories. Maybe a bold necklace might have
made it more dramatic. Overall I absolutely love your entry!

Wow, you have like four water sources in one shot! The waterfall, the splashing fountain, the sailboat bird bath, and the relaxing bamboo fountain…wow! I think that the two things on the right would have been fine, but the addition of the exploding fountain was a bit much. It all became a little too much to look at and didn’t really go cohesively with the waterfall in the background. Jersey looks very sophisticated. It’s not quite as soft as I’d have liked, but her look is pretty good overall.

Jersey looks kind of bored. That's really the first thing I see about this image; it's not really editorial fashion-like. The setting is really nice, but there's a difference between foreground and background quality; editing curves and sharpness a little more would have made them blend a little better. Or even just taking out those leaves at the edge of the deck. I like the fountain but I'd have CASt'd the pool wall to something more natural-looking to match the floor. This just seems a bit cluttered to me. I do like how Jersey's clothing is kind of muted to match the color scheme though.

I love the creative direction you took your entry. All of that water is truly beautiful. I just feel like there is way too much going on. I can tell that you pasted the falls into the background, I wasn't really a fan. I think Jersey looks fierce in her outfit, I just love the colors in that dress. The Pose was just okay, this photo didn't really feel like an editorial. Other than that you did a good job!

This is cute, but it reminds me a bit of the one you submitted for assignment 6. The dress is almost identical and the pose is the same pose. Those two things combined with the setting makes it very, very, very similar. Your water source is also practically hidden. I do like all the greenery and how Kiley pops out of it all, overall, it just wasn’t as wowing as I know you’re capable of.

So this was a pretty picture. I like the 3d grass and the cat-tail plant. I'm not a huge fan of the brown weeds in the foreground, though. They're not that great of quality. I think the alligator's cute but he's not really the right color... they're more of a dark brown-green. So he looks kind of cartoony. Kiley's dress flies up at the bottom in a weird way, and I'm not a fan of the pose because it's too random for how elegantly she's styled, and she's not really interacting with either the camera or the environment. It looks too candid, I guess. I'd have liked to see more of the water; I'd have taken some of the plants out of the background because the water feature was supposed to be more prominent. The jets shooting up don't really make sense for the photo, because judging by the fact that there's an alligator in the picture, this would be a natural lake or pond, which wouldn't have the jets. Good try though!

I like the strong pose that you chose for your model.. I think the scenery is pretty, but there is just sooo much green. I would have like to seen more scenery such as mountains in the background or some blue skies. Also is that an alligator? lol I though Kiley's outfit was just okay, but I do love that hat. Overall you did a good job!
