Perfect Genetics Challenge

I have now uploaded episode 25 of the Perfect Genetics Challenge, Generation 2. It is available for you to watch on YouTube. I've added pictures of the members of the household below.

The Perfect Genetics Challenge, Generation 2, Episode 25

My secondary interest in this challenge is to see how colourful I can make my sims and see what happens with their children.

Olivia is the founder of this challenge. Her husband is Don. Olivia has pink hair and eyes and blue skin. Don has green skin and greenish hair.

Olivia and Don are currently Adults. They'll be aging up to Elder when the heir to their daughter, Cindy, ages up to Young Adult and Cindy and her husband, Bill age up to Adult.  Cindy is Olivia's heir and Cindy has already got her heir so Generation 3 will be starting soon. I hope to get through future generations a lot faster than it has taken me to do Generations 1 and 2. Olivia and Don have both completed their lifetime wish. Olivia wanted to be a Culinary Librarian, and Don is a Celebrated Five Star Chef. They were both in the culinary career and have both got to level 10 in that career. Don donated his fridge to one of their children who moved to Mountain Lake. 

When more room is needed in the main house I move the extra sims out to another world. This way I can keep them. I don't like losing my sims but it has caused the first two generations to take a long time to complete. I'll try to not spend so much time on sims that are no longer in the main household in future.

Cindy and Bill

Cindy inherited her mother's hair and eye colours and her father's green skin. I made Bill as her husband to be father to her babies. He has pink skin and white and pale blue hair. He kept pulling that face for some reason and I finally gave up and went with it. You can see his hair and skin colour so I suppose that's all that really matters here.

Cindy and Bill always have twins due to me giving Cindy fertility treatment when they were in Mountain Lakes with Cindy's brother. So far they've had 2 sets of twins. Denise and Daryl have been teens for ages and age up to Young Adult in this episode. Denise inherited her mother's hair colour but not her eyes so she couldn't be the heir. She got her father's pink skin. Daryl inherited a mix of his parent's hair colours. Daryl's skin is pale green.

The imaginary friends of Denise and Daryl are Riley and Byron. They have also aged up in this episode. I love to give my imaginary friends made real major makeovers. I have more fun doing that then making a new sim from scratch. I try to be creative but sometimes they are just ordinary looking sims. It seems to depend on my mood at the time I do their makeovers.

This pic shows Byron, Daryl, Riley and Denise. You can see some of the colours in Daryl's hair in this pic. We see them age up from teen to Young Adult in this video. But I didn't give them their makeovers until after the end of the video so you won't see them looking exactly like this in this video. The only hair I changed though is Daryl's. I wanted to show his hair colours off and this style seems to do it nicely.

Since Cindy still didn't have an heir they had another baby and that was a second set of twins. This resulted in Donna and Debbie being born.

Donna became the heir as she got her mother's hair and eye colour. She got her father's pink skin. Debbie also got her mother's eye colour but her hair is dark. She got her mother's green skin. So we have an heir and she's working her skills so she can age up to Young Adult and start producing Generation 3.

The young teens are learning skills. In this episode they mainly focus on gardening. 

 Their imaginary friends have been made real. You will have seen them as children previously. Now they are teens they are working hard to get sufficient skills to age up to Young Adult. 

By the end of the episode the imaginary friends have managed to get their gardening skill up to level 7 so they have planted a few rare and special seeds.

On the left is Lola, she is the imaginary friend of Debbie and Lana is on the right. Her original owner is Donna.

When Cindy was a teen I made Bill as her future husband and added him to the household so they would get to know each other. This was because I had so much trouble in the beginning getting Don and Olivia to know each other. I had to resort to getting them to write love letters to each other just to get a romance going. So, now that Donna is a teen I have introduced her future husband to the household. He has just joined it and won't appear in this episode but will be in future episodes. His name is Craig Willis.

This is a group shot showing Debbie, Lola, Lana, Donna and Craig. His colours are nothing special. It'll be interesting to see what their children look like. At this point they barely know each other.

Now I'll show some pics of the girls with their imaginary friends made real. This is to give you a closer look at the imaginary friend's faces.

The final pair is the youngest in this episode. The children Oliver and his imaginary friend made real, Poppy. Oliver is the son of Don and Olivia. He is the uncle of the teens and newly aged up young adults in this household. And Cindy's little brother.

They still have a lot to learn but have completed their necessary childhood skills. They'll become teens as soon as they are both level A at school. That might be as soon as next episode.
