Located at 168 Rue de Colmar is the Inessa, the servants' quarters of what was once a sprawling estate. The manor house burned to the ground long, long ago, leaving the Inessa as the only evidence that the estate existed.
It is now inhabited by a recently divorced single mother named Monique. She spend the years of her marriage reigning in her Avant Garde sense of style and letting her art-related hobbies lapse as she focused on raising a rebellious toddler and keeping the home fires burning while her husband Collin worked long hours followed by late nights spent with his biker bros, leaving Monique alone and neglected.
- In my game I placed the whole family at the Inessa then kicked out Collin. He found his way to La Residence Rose. Players can choose whether they want Collin in the game as part of Darrell's life or not. Or you can put them all in the same house and see what happens.

The Inessa is cosy and quaint JudiAlbert and nicely suited to the Seal family you shared. Hopefully Collin will become a good influence on Darrell even if they live separately. I've added links to both families in the Sims listing. Thanks to your friend for assisting with the build. I wasn't sure if she also did the interior decor. I have it currently reflected on the News and Map D listings with credit to MrsFlynn for the exterior shell and to you for the interior decor. Just let me know if that needs to be modified. Well done ladies! 🤩

Inessa is a very nice home, and the family that you have built it for is lovely 🙂The exterior design and wooden walls are great and very nice windows. It was great reading the background details to the home and the family.Darrell is cute ❤️

JudiAlbert , Good job on Inessa; it's so cute and cozy inside. I like the inviting porch space and that it had a little artists' studio in the attic space. Also cool back story with the property and the sims you created. 🙂
