Here is an updated City Hall, I am trying to fix the layout of the town and make it much more farmland time, and eliminate rabbit-holes that look out of place such as the military base and the police station (The plot that the police station is on would be lovely for the spa so that's my next project)
This is the Appaloosa Plain's City Hall, so it includes City Hall, Military and Police rabbit holes, and fits right where the old city hall did.
