My previously unfurnished build, now furnished to celebrate the release of Sunlit Tides. Thank you to Ghostsyeah for gifting me this beautiful world! House suits sims who love sunshine and a good book; I have left the patio empty for your to cater to any of their other hobbies. 2 bdrm, 1.5 bthrm; costs 89,179. No CC.

Note: If you do not have the BahHaus Immaculate Window from the store installed (or, as an alternative, the Taintless Window by BahHaus), you will probably need to delete the windows in the second floor atrium, since no others are the correct height.
