Kinda sorta went off on a wild tangent when I started this build.
You see, I love that Sunlit has that vacation vibe but I don't like the crowded feel of the main island. So...I picked one of the isolated islands that right now can only be reached via teleportation and built a small "vacation resort" to enjoy that vacation vibe while not feeling crowded.
The isolated island/vacation resort I used is located below the Pleasants' Lot:
Besides being able to hold a few lots, sims can move around without dealing with routing problems.
The four houses I used are built on two 20x20 lots and two 20x15 lots.

As you can see the houses are roughly mirror images of each other because I built them with a story line in mind.There are additional photos of the lots and I placed them in a story to not stretch the page. So please check out the story to see the backs of the houses and their layouts.
