This build uses Sunlit Tides Gold Edition items, Generations, Pets, World Adventures, and I think maybe one item from Ambitions. It also contains quite of bit of store content, but no 3rd party CC. It's on a 50x50 lot.

This lot has 2 bedrooms plus nursery and in-law suite above the garage. You'll also find a sauna, fitness room, study, entertainment area,three bathrooms, and some surprises in the basementin addition to the normal living dining and kitchen areas. It is an equestrian lot with 2 stalls and plenty of room for the horses to run.
