I feel like I should apologize. I downloaded this world and upon installing it got annoyed when one area of the map was non-routable in my game. :( But it turns out somehow the first run of it did that somehow. I loaded it up to show rflong where I couldn't place lots, and it worked perfectly in the new save game. I guess my first save game just glitched out on me. This map is beautiful and it is perfect for builders. I especially love the flat strip overlooking the beach area. I think if you plan to tweak it, maybe make that strip a little bit wider, for those who want to put all of the LN, ST lots there in an actual strip. That was my original plan. I had placed the movie set on the end of it and all my LN converted clubs and ST lots there. and all the apartments I placed in the middle, and the ranches and equestrian center over by the farmland area. When I had almost completed my town it literally looked like the town went from super modern on the left to highrises and apartments in the middle and finally very very country on the right. LOL  Anyhow, sorry I got so annoyed with it. I actually love it and am giddy that it doesn't have nonroutable spots in the middle. You have no idea how annoyed I was, after having planned the whole town out and placing the lots only to find parts in the middle acting glitchy on me. I guess I'll restart building on it after I finish the world I'm currently working on. Thanks so much for making this world though. 8)
P.S. My son loves it too. He's nine and he builds on it constantly.
Here are some lots placed within this world. I think they look very nice.
The nectary from France:

The old abandoned nectary, again from France:

And the paddington house, from Appaloosa (overlooking the whole farming area):
