Sunset Valley 2
Sunset Valley 2 I was asked to make a flat, blank world to be used to build a world like in TS2. I wanted a distant terrain but did not want to have to make the map fit it so I used Sunset Valley...

I have already told Rod Humble on
another forum that the blue lot issue
is caused by a (now fixed) problem in
the content creation tool (s3oc) that
my husband and I develop. If you have
any CC that was made with this before
we fixed it, you will get blue lots.
This is not EA's fault and their
development team should not spend any
more time trying to investigate the
problem.
You can fix the faulty CC with a
tool called Dashboard made by Delphy
at Mod The Sims (I don't know if
links are allowed so I won't post
one) but if you have a hood with blue
lots already it is not fixable and
you need to start a new hood. I am
sorry for the trouble.
Unquote.

And here is the thread she said it in
and all you ever wanted to know about
blue lots. NOTHING else has ever
caused this to happened since except
if people still have CC in their game
that caused the problem to start
with.
