Sweeney Shelter

Rachel Sweeney decided that instead of trying to do things all over Sunset Valley she would focus on helping homeless sims. She got a different job in the police department as an investigator so that she had her own hours and could do some work at home. 

The first person that came to the shelter was a man named Don Fransico. He said that he lost his job in the city and the rent was too expensive to stay there so he came to the Sunset Valley.
