@texansky ... To make it more challenging (having little money to start with) ...
I build a lot that is bigger and has more plants just to spend the "starting money".
Make the lot something you are going to want to look at for 112 Sim Days ... :D
This is my Challenger Lot and it costs 13,885 Simoleons ... But all the additions are just aesthetics and don't add comfort.
You also know by now that money is not an issue if your challenger can do what they need to do.
