Hopefully more festive, I said... Anyway, the chapter about Antons birthday party was finally posted on my blog yesterday. Before even playing through the part that became the chapter, I had made this family tree.. you know, in anticipation of a happy, usual birthday party.
Hooray! Yup, a happy birthday party where all the usual things happen. Guests are invited, candles are blown out, Anton ages up and gets an additional personality trait (inherited from parents or grandparents, as per my usual scheme), cake is eaten, people socialize and have fun, his parents show him his new bedroom, maybe read him a bedtime story, everybody goes to bed and falls asleep.. and good night.. 😉

Of course, all of the above happened, but at one point things started to go wrong.. terribly wrong... which is why I'm reluctant to share the link to the chapter this time around, but.. like I said, it was all posted on my blog yesterday. The title of the chapter is 'Chapter 19.2 – July 2024 – Antons Birthday (When the branches break)'. The part of the title in the paranthesis should give you a clue..
It also ended up being a very long chapter, so it is split into three parts. In length it ended up being the equivalent of 19 word document pages, not counting the images.
Also, my next move will be to continue playing in the town that I have called Sprottenham (from which I took my username when I first joined the old forum, since it was the project I was working on at the time.. and I didn't really have any plans of being a regular, permament member at the time).
I am considering then starting a new thread for that town, since it is a different story line, though it is still related to this one in a way, as there are family members living in both Sunset Valley and Sprottenham. Basically, Robert-Bråges father, Ranveigs ex, Gaute lives there.
However.. if I do not start a new thread, everything will continue at my blog.. my little system of blogs. Links to it are found throughout this thread anyway, and from there you should be able to navigate to what you need.. until next time.. 😛
