yes, you are right, the Stasis setting does not longer work the same way with Nraas Story progression mod. So these are my settings for how I play:
1. My RKC non-active households have the setting Story Progression to false and the household setting Aging to false.
2. My RKC active family has these 2 set to true
3. My non RKC families, that is the rest of the neighborhood have Story Progression to true and aging to true.
I hope this helps.
Getting the story progression and aging to work as I intended has taken a lot of trial end error and I saved to different save files to make sure things worked as I expected, still I've had some hick-ups. I recommend to try the settings out before starting to actually play your story, by saving to different save files :)
