RE: the fires. I wish you all well and that everyone stays safe from any possible fires. Glad the rain helped for a while. It's too bad the new green growth is being threatened by the current dry spell.

I return to this thread after so long to find a post from @lanlyn as the last post in the thread. You've been missed.

However, the reason for my return here now is to let people know I am now working on the next episode of Oscar's Childhood.

And the love triangle between Tom, Olwyn and Donna has been solved in a way. I decided to allow Tom to follow the family tradition and not worry too mucy about it. He stays with Donna when I'm working on the McFluff Story and with Olwyn when I'm working on Oscar's Childhood. I now have both stories in the same save.

Now I'm working on Oscar's Childhood again Tom has returned to Olwyn. She thinks he's going to marry her as he is her fiance still. He was planning to do that, but the game married him to Donna. And I went with it.

Tom and Donna now have 3 toddlers, and since he returned to Lucky Palms Olwyn and Tom have had another baby and their son, Ephrahim, has aged up to child.

Olwyn is a Mad Scientist and she found out about her pregnancy while at work. She came outside to change into her pregnancy outfit. She seemed to have several pregnancy outfits as this is the only time I saw her in this outfit.

Olwyn giving birth to Ernest - I wanted a boy's name beginning with E and have already used Eric and he's a prominent character in Oscar's Childhood story.

Their child, Ephrahim, has been around for a few real life years, mostly as a toddler. He recently spent time at the boarding school and I aged him up to child on his return home. Then I visited all of his best friends he made while at boarding school and were recently returned home to Lucky Palms. There were about 4 or 5 of them. I aged them all up to child so they can continue to be best friends at school. They have all been toddlers for real life years so I thought it was time for them to be children. They will all return to boarding school as children, but probably with different children that they don't know yet. This is how I get my sims games to be full of sims who know each other well. It makes the games more lively.

In case you're wondering why I was absent for so long this time. I've had a lot of health issues this year and had to have surgery in May then one of my sons needed me to go dog/house sit for him and I had no access to my computer. (The two little fluffy white dogs I had with me for just over 4 years have gone home - they remembered me but weren't totally delighted to see me again.) Now I am back onto my videos and other things.

It'll probably be a week or more before I get this next Oscar's Childhood video onto YouTube but I am working on it now.
