The title always makes me laugh, remembering Peter Sellers, in the movie 'Being There', say to Shirley MacLaine "I like to watch" ! :D Well I must admit I Do like watching my sims, just to see what they do! I usually only direct them to help fulfill wishes, although sometimes I admit to doing this creatively! haha
So my family, how did it begin? Starting in Moonlight Falls with Dante, Violet, and Argus, it was plain so see that Violet and Argus were getting to be an item. Dante was best friends with Belinda Crumplebottom, and they decided to move in together to my favorite house. (actually, the only house I like here!)
Belinda wanted a child with Dante, and it pained him to let her down as he felt he was too young, and he wanted a more traditional family when he matured. He loved Belinda as friend, and even though she was so kind and lovely personality, she was not 'the One' for him.
Belinda was swept off her feet by Don Lothario, they fell in love and married. When ever he would scare her she would retaliate by casting a spell on him! :D They enjoyed each other immensely! She has not had a child with Don so far though, she thinks an evil father would be, well, evil!
Moving Forward : Dante

The more he was with her, the more he became convinced she was the One! And so, he convinced her to marry him. I say 'convinced' because She was a bit afraid that he was a Vampire. But, she did love him and she did say Yes! Dante was in heaven! He never drank from her, he only drank plasma orange juice. Their marriage was loving and solid, and then Dante wanted a child.
Tulip always dreamed of babies, but would never get the wish for it. The Watcher (me) became convinced she was worried that Dante might bite the baby! :o One day as they were on a date, Dante started spamming me with wishes to turn Tulip! Even though I usually fulfill wishes, I kept clicking his wishes off. He Spammed me 7 times in half an hour! He wanted desperately to turn her! mmm maybe Dante knows something the Watcher does not! I decided to let him fulfill this wish! I wanted to know! For Science!
"Are you sure, my love?" And Dante slips her a Potent Cure Potion, in case she wants to change her mind. Yep talk and thoughts! And the quitting the jobs and getting a new one did nothing! lol I am thinking that only works for marrieds? Then they might get the baby wish! Well let's see if they like the jobs they've chosen! I personally think the artist career was perfect for them living by the sea, I might have to move them and leave this home for a couple with romantic artistic lifestyle: painter, writer. :)
Yes the books turned into news papers! :D I saw some news papers in Alfie's backpack too, and was confused as I never once saw him pick one up! I bet it was his books! :D If you get on Alfarin and remember, can you peek if he still has his books? I think he gave one to Milton to read! No need for any effort, just if you are on him and remember. I still need to check the library! I had clicked off a pop up too quickly. that said something about his books were available in the library or something like that, when Alfie ordered them from the art museum! Not that any of this is important, just weird and fun!
Ah I love the parties! :smiley: this one was Formal so I could try to concentrate on the guests! but of course that doesn't last because of all the clothes changing! :D So much was happening! I couldn't post it all I was laughing too much to even get pix--Adan was running at top speed to Teddys bed, but Danny was in the way, smooching Belinda. first Adan was upset he couldn't get in the bed but when he saw who was blocking it, he cheered Danny! then ran top speed to the hot tub! He was like Fire Man Fast running! lol I love Adan so much! hahaha --- It was like a war zone at the beds behind the fence, at Least 16 sims back there! but I couldn't get a good pic, too crowded, and also I needed to stay with Alfie and Cherie in case they decided to get The Wish! I am a slave awaiting their wishes! LOL
Yes Alfie is settled with his new 'Now' thought. If he wants to see his other children he will be content with Max's. And this way he can bring new children into their shared time line, and Family Tree, if he wants. But maybe He Doesn't Want. As foreign a feeling that is for me, some do love yet not want to marry nor have children with who they love.
I have several more days to get them settled in their new jobs! :) Anything can happen!

Max and Cherie dancing. I had to read this section a few times over to figure out/recall who belonged to who, I found it a little confusing, but am I right in saying that
1) Alfie and Cherie is one couple, 2) Max and Faelie another, and 3) Quigley's parents are Max and Faelie? And 4) Max dances with Cherie, wich neither Faelie and Quigley likes. And 5) Max and Alfie are doppelgängers to each other.

@DivaDoodle : I sooo looove your updates! I loved to read about Teddy and Adan and their "small" family. I like that they could convince you to let them have a marriage and a baby without having a locked in wish for it. They are great parents. Of course I´m a little bit biased and love Alfie´s and Cherie´s chapter much more! :D ;) :D Alfie resists on watching at you and doesn´t want to break the fourth dimension like Victor does? Maybe he already has broken the fifths one? :D ;) ;) I like their new house, I always liked the thought of converting the art museum of Sunlit Tides to a residential home, I love this open floor plan! Sorry that I can´t comment more, but you´ve written so much during my absence that I can´t even come close of commenting to everything!!! I love their new house too! The sounds are amazing! I love to hang out there! I also used it in Sunlit tides for my retarded fireman (meaning he was very slow to understand things!) And instead of the spiral staircase gave them the fireman pole! which was his very favorite! :)
