I'm not sure I finished it in time, but here's mine!
Specializing in freshly ground coffee strong enough to wake the dead! Head to the basement for live band performances.
IIRC it won't get gigs without a mod to enable them, but you can still use the instruments in the basement or replace the Uni barista with a LN bar and rezone it.
Playtested a bit, it looks like the hangups happen if the small lot gets too crowded. Otherwise fine.

Edit! Just added in game... great inclusion of the outdoor seating area, moody vibes throughout and cool touches like the skeleton floor light.
Unhallowed Grounds (great name too!) is a cool and eclectic looking coffee hangout and with the use of your dark colors throughout and mismatched furniture patterns, it really is fitting for a Halloween theme. I like how you used the stained glass decor in front of your windows and the lampshade on top of the skeleton (very clever!) And the band lounge down in the basement has an eerie vibe. Oh, and I didn't recognize your trim on the brick wall at first -- it looks so different recolored, haha. Great job! 😀
