And here's my tiny contribution as well. It was inspired by the Dicken's village version of the "Partridge and Pear" however I did modify it to make space for the bedroom on the second floor. There is space in the basement which can be converted into a second bedroom or used to add activities instead of the existing decor. Base Game Only but no idea why it reflects the Prism Art Studio on the Exchange details. And doesn't list the free Christmas items, aw well.😉
Partridge and Pear House is lovely! 🙂It reflects your inspiration very well! Very great exterior design. The interior furnishing is lovely! The blue and white colours and the wall patterns are pretty. Very nice kitchen, dining and fireplace sitting area. The bedroom design is very nice. The basement is a great place to enjoy celebrating Christmas with the pretty decorated Christmas tree.
soocoolsim, Partridge and Pear House is absolutely adorable! It looks just like your inspiration photo, so well done! Love the exterior textures you chose for the outside, along with the unique roofing. Inside is very cozy and decorated so nicely. Great that there is a basement tv area with the Christmas tree and that it could be flex space for other uses. The living area and kitchen/dining area are very nice with pretty wallpaper and colors. I especially love the pretty bedroom and bathroom - I always love using that floral pattern. Very nice home! 😃
