P-Pup, I don't have any information from our teacher about exactly what she has in mind. I DID mention to her a few times how much I really adore this one lot of hers that is built on a hill (using the terrain tools) so I don't know if she will start from scratch to show us that or not.
It certainly couldn't HURT to have a lot that is all ready to landscape. One thing that generally happens when I'm a student in one of these courses is that I want to participate and to build whatever we are working on in class. My point is that you will likely be in the mood to landscape after the class is over.
