In truth, I can't build without a floor plan (except starters) and it would be very interesting to know where I could improve.

I perused the other thread and one of the submissions was of a home I actually used for one of my request builds (albeit it was changed slightly to accommodate the requester) and yes, it was tricky! I agreed with your synopsis of the pros/cons of the home.
