The forest on page 9 is more distant terrain, but I do have a pretty large forest area by the suburbs/science area. There's currently one eco-friendly home, one empty residental home and one big park, althoug there isn't much in the park yet, a camp ground is a great idea! There'll be a lot of spawners around, it's perfect for the wildlife.
Here's a picture of the parts of the forest you can explore (some is unroutable, but it's cut off by large bushes and not too obvious).
