@Franny, Thanks for notifying me of this but I'm afraid I'll have to take you up on your on offer of help as I have no idea what do. I do have an item from the Playground set which takes down the price to 375 simpoints but what should I do from there? As the Tip Top Toddler Set is at 2,305 SimPoints (I own a few items from it) I'm not sure how I would follow the instructions.
