My current sims are the Woode family and Cassie wake up really early at 5 or 6am, then she'll go and eat some fruit, practice magic and garden until midday when Darius finally wakes up with full energy and Cassie goes back to sleep again for a few hours. She never has a full energy bar but seems to do a heck of a lot. Darius has a simple routine, eat and stare out window and brood outside. I'm really glad that Cassie still seems happy even with all the stuff that she has happen to her. Most recently an earthquake and fire, so it's pretty amazing she's always trying to say happy stuff to Darius and he always shoots her down because he dislikes he wife.
