2 diving lots in sunset valley?

So anyone tried to place 2 diving lots in sunset valley?

I've followed simsvip guide to place diving lots on other towns and placed one in sunset valley ocean but wondering if I place two will it cause issues or lag?

Or I have to decorate them after placing them?

The lots you copy are decorated.  The problem with them is finding the depth of the sea to place them in.  But if you can get them to work for you then that's good.
