A city way condominium to take your sims to the heart of things

:) This is a city way apartments building, not just this, it is a building in the way many buildings are in my home city, Madrid (Spain).

Here is the link to download:

(I´ve tried to upload to the exchange, but it is not working for me so I have uploaded it to mediafire)

Actually it is a close replica of my own apartment, I´ve tried to be the most realistic I could, because I want to play my simshelf in it and see what virtual life would give to me... to her I mean .

The functional apartment is on the fourth storey looking to the pool.

It is not a luxurious one and not too big, but it costs only 10000 $ unfurnished and you will do with very few more as the building has all kind of facilities, if you are thinking of starters

In the ground floor besides the pool there is a nice restaurant with dinner, beauty salon with day spa, a gym and a garage where you will see your car and those of your neighbours parking when at home

If you want to take your sims to experiment city life in a condo this is your building  I´ve been testing it in game for some time, the second simday every apartment was occupied, and there were more than 26 sims living in the building besides my household, I had a party at the roof terrace :P and most of them came and we are all good friends... well I also had a quarrel with one of them about the precedence in the use of one of the gym supplies... :x

So what I was talking about, city life in a condo... Try it and get fun!

(if you want to play it with dinner and day spa you will need the rugs rabbitholes from Jynx, but it will work also without them)

  • Your Apartments building is great. :) Good designing of it. The apartment looks good, and there are other good facilities for those who live there. The pool and playground area looks a good place to rest outdoors and Sims would have great views from the rooftop terrace. Nice setting up of the salon and dining areas. A great place for our Sims to enjoy city living! :)
  • Thankyou very much, your opinion means a lot to me as you are a very good builder!
