A Victorian or new englander house with wraparound porch, and full basement that goes through a brick foundation. Putting both a foundation and a basement on a house is a logistics nightmare in sims3, but basements require foundations irl, and it weird me out to have a front door open right to the dirt and grass without even any steps.
