A Question About Barnacle Bay

Are the three islands which surround Barnacle Bay usable? Can they be built upon or are they just there? I don't have any of my expansions installed so I can't test it with zen (WA), swim (Seasons) or boats (IP).

    Not sure about "3" islands, but the big main island opposite to the city centre is indeed perfectly routable. BB is the best substitute world for Isla Paradiso.

    @alanmichael1 - Thanks. I may have to wait to test the smaller islands, I have no current plans to add any expansions at this time. The game does have the little 'footprint' icons for them suggesting these islands are usable, but the terrain looks a bit rocky not to mention small-ish.
