A way to change a nonhousehold sims outfit on the fly? There always in work wear....

I was wondering if there was a cheat available or some mod that allows me to change a none active households sims outfit on the fly. I am aware of master controller but it causes more problems with...

Er, sorry to clarify I want to force the sim to SWITCH their outfit they currently have on. Not change their outfit itself.

A lot of my non-active sims walk around in their career outfits and I'd like to see them walk around in their everyday wear instead.
