@Zei If you're using any type of third party content, (that means content NOT made by EA) the first thing to try if/when you get bugs, glitches or any other type of problems with your game is a Factory Reset.
How to do a Factory Reset:
1. Go to your The Sims 3 user folder.
2. Rename your existing folder "The Sims 3 old".
3. Start the game and let it generate a new clean user folder without any thirdparty content.
4. Play a while and see if the problems persist. If not, that's an almost 100 % sure sign that they're caused by bad third party content in your old user folder.
