Adoption basket still there

One of my families adopted a baby ages ago, said baby is now a child.
The basket they came in is still in the hallway of the house, and it won’t disappear! I don’t adopt babies often in this game so I don’t know if it’s normal or if I can get rid of it. I have DebugEnabler but I’m confused by the options when you click on the basket.

    It might be easier to use MasterController. Click on the floor next to the basket, select NRaas > MasterController: (the option with a : on the end, not the target) > Radius Purge. Pick a low number, select the basket from the list of items, and click the check box to see the option to delete it.

    I know you have it solved now, but another option I use for stuck items is clicking on them with Debug Enabler and choosing "put in family inventory". Then I go to the family inventory and choose sell all.
