another thing I miss from Sims 2
I liked when I would place a new sim in a lot in a neighborhood, and Old Man Capp would knock on their door and fuss at them. LOL I think it was Concord Capp.

Yes, he was in Vernoville. He was the mean Sim of the hood. If your Sim looked through the telescope during the day he would race over and poke your Sim in the chest.
In Pleasantview it's normally Mortimer Goth.
I liked the Magician from the Base Game in TS3. S/he don't have any special attributes but I always hoped they'd give them something. :D
