Wow, super fast reply for a place I thought would be inactive.
Thanks for the attempt to help! It seems nVidia Inspector is applying things right, as going into the control panel as you directed brings up the values I had attempted to set with nVidia Inspector. The anti-aliasing part just refuses to work in fullscreen modes, but works when not in fullscreen mode.
