If you only play The Sims, GTX 1060 and 1660 is more than enough. RTX 2060 would be overkill even if you choose RTX 2060 I would rather wait for 3060TI to have more stocks since the performance is equal to that of RTX 2080 super but have the same price as RTX 2060.
