Any good modders out there?

I had this mod on my sims 3 before. http://modthesims.info/d/486247/faster-slower-and-or-hidden-skills-updated-for-into-the-future-1-67-update-19-7-14.html

But after 1.67, it does not work anymore, (now we are on 1.69 I think). Anyone can make it work again?
I mostly interested in the version that slow it down with 500%, but the other versions would be great too for other play troughs.

I asked if the creator could mod it several months ago, but no reply, so probably wouldn't mind as long as you give them credit for the original mod.
