Any mod for not feeling chill in outer ware?

Hi, I always have been annoying that my sims have chattering teeth in outer ware outside during winter time. I'd love to set the winter term about 20 days but sims feel too much cold in winter, so I'm always forced to set the winter for 7days. I love snow but I don't want to see my sims get very cold in outer ware. If I remove that moodlet by cheat, it shows up immediately again. I want to play jamming with other band members outdoor but I cannot do it during winter time. Is there a mod that sims don't feel any cold in outer ware? Thanks for all helps.

    Check with NRAAS mods - Storyprogression will help you with that. With Mastercontroller, you can just eliminate the frozen mood when it shows up.

    If you're not averse to using mods. Use NRAAS Tempest. Set temperature to 28F. It'll be cold enough to snow but not too cold for the Sims to stay out for a few hours.

    Thanks but the story progression is not my flavor. Removing the moodlet doesn't help. It shows up again instantly. :(

    Yea I know but the thing that I don't like from that reward is the sims even don't feel cold in swim wear..outside.
