If you can log in, then you might be able to get to your Purchase History. I don't seem to be able to do that. However, I can access things that are in my purchase history that are still available in the store by going to the store contents. Most of what I own has a Download button rather than a buy now button. You might be able to get to your items that way. Otherwise maybe contact EA help. I'm not sure how to do that. Haven't tried it for a while.
