ZeriBlackheart Restart your computer and try the EA App again. Then open the Sims 3 launcher before trying to download any content, and download only one item at first, as a test. If one browser doesn't work, try a different one; Firefox has always worked well with the Store.
If the EA App won't load after a restart, let me know what you see when you try to open it.
