Tomsde It's normal for some patterns to look sharp in CAS and blurry in live mode. Tattoos should have more color to them though, especially in CAS. Could you post some screenshots of what the tattoos look like in CAS and live mode?
Please also post the first 40 or so lines of DeviceConfig, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3. (Stop when you get to the Options section.) You can delete your user and computer names, about 20 lines down; the file doesn't contain any other personal information.
Thanks for answering. I was having glitches in the Sims 3 so I decided to uninstall it. I'll just stick with the Sims 4 for now, and I find the tattoos to be acceptable there.
