I keep finding little things and going back and fixing them and then finding another. lol So much work goes into these things! I am going to have to accept the fact that it will never be 100% perfect as I am not that myself. :P
So far I only have some of the apartments letting NPC sims move in. I think I know what the problem is but I still have to test it.
