Black baby and face glitch? (2020 edition)

My sim (human, witch) gave birth to identical baby. Its father is Plantsim and they tried for a baby after I made an attempt to cure him with a bottle of super spice, what apparently gave no result and he remained a Plantsim, even though managed to have a normal baby.
