@Mikezumi - I'm really sorry, but am I the only one who cannot see the difference between the two thumbnails? What is it we are supposed to be looking for?
But if something has indeed gone off-kilter with the current one, perhaps do something to trigger the creation of a new thumbnail like add an accessory (or take one away), maybe a nice hat, and then after a new one forms put things on the sim back the way they were?
