- I don't see why not, there are several players active on these forums from the UAE for example and they had to have purchased their games somewhere, I assume locally. It might make a difference if we are talking about discs, Origin, or Steam purchases. If you get stuck, you could always contact EA Customer Service from the HELP menu below on full-sized window browsers to see what they might suggest.

Discs are Global and doesn't matter where you buy them the Install Manager will auto-detect your region and country that is set on your computer and install the game based on that.
Origin and Steam might be the same but not to sure on that.

Not all SP's and EP's where available to all regions some might not install.
