Can You Change the Hover Name of a Rabbithole in Create A World?

In Alryne Valley, the world I created, I built a lot for Aedan Springs and the Wimborne County Junkyard from scratch and used the info to name and describe the lots. These lots do not contain rabbit holes. When I hover over the lot markers in the installed world in Live Mode, it shows the names listed above.

However, I also built Wimborne Empirical Centre on a vacant commercial lot and used a rabbit hole door for the science center. I added the name and lot description. When I hover over the lot marker in Edit in Game mode in CAW, it shows the name correctly. After installing the world, when I hover over the lot marker in the game, it shows Science Center instead of the name provided when I described the lot.

I also added the name Alryne Town Hall and a description of the existing Sunset Valley city hall building in EIG in CAW, saved it to the library bin, bulldozed the lot, and placed it again. I have the same issue there. The name is correct in EIG in CAW, but in the installed world, it shows City Hall.

Is there any way to have the names for the rabbit hole lots show up correctly in my world when it is installed, or is this restricted to the rabbit hole name?

I know that I can use Real Estate on the computer to buy a lot and rename it there, but I was hoping to have the name assigned in the world that folks can install in their game rather than in a Save of the World. I am unable to add Sims in Edit in Game, so I can't use this option while creating my world. In addition, even if I decided to provide a Saved Game file, I can't purchase City Hall, the school, police, and fire departments, or other businesses, so I wouldn't be able to rename them.

I tried renaming the Science Center under Real Estate and saving the lot to the library bin. I then added it to the world with EIG in CAW, and when I installed the updated world, it still showed as Science Center in the game.

I checked the Wimborne Empirical Centre science lot with S3PE, but I don't see anything with text that provides the name and description I provided, and am not sure if I can edit the text with S3PE if there were any.

Is this even possible? Is there a @SimGuru who could answer this question?

    No, the names are hardcoded. The only way to change them permanently is to clone the rabbitholes (doors, rugs) and to rename them in the process. The workaround is to use NRAAS Debug Enabler, this allows you to change the name for the savegame. But you would have to repeat this step every time you start a new save in your world.
    Sadly, changing the name in CAW won't be ported during export of the world.

    I suspected this. And cloning Rabbit Hole rugs and doors is something I wouldn't even begin to know how to do. I guess once I finish my world, I'll be creating a save complete with the appropriate founding townies and correct business names.
