Most of the time those crash logs tell you that either the game is starved for memory (RAM) or you have suspicious CC/mods without pointing directly at the cause. Can you run with one safe mod in place? Or just NRaas mods? If so, then the best way to proceed is usually to test your package files by putting half of the rest of them in. If it's fine, then half of what remains. If it crashes, then take half of the half back out. Proceed backwards and forwards by remaining halves, clearing cache files each time, until you can isolate the culprit(s).
