Can't use magic wand?
I just got Supernatural and installed the game. I made a witch and one of his wishes are to play with magic. However, all I can do with his magic wand are place it and put it back in inventory! I feel...

Sims 3 Note for Win7: This can be done after a Sim has been created and placed in the world.
Press CTRL+SHFT+C You will see a command bar on top of screen.
Type Testingcheatsenabled True then hit enter.
Mouse pointer on any sim and press SHFT+LFT CLICK MOUSE You will see an options menu offering the choice to Edit in CAS
Press CTRL+SHFT+C again to bring up the command bar and type HELP for a list of other commands you can use.
