That is exactly right!! You'll be able to get it for 50 SP when it pops up on DD #386, and if you miss it DD #714 has it for the same price. If you wanted to wait, you could pick up DD#660 (the hokey table) for 22 points, and that would make Man Cave free for you when it comes around at #714. But 50 SP is a great deal too!
