@Enchantedprey - I had an issue with a set (Lullabies & Nursery Rhymes) where the store acknowledged that I owned the set and I could dl it as a complete set, but didn't show that I owned the individual items, so they didn't count towards CYS. I did the support chat thing, and after some back and forth the issue was escalated and eventually fixed.
