For me, Seeing Stars came with Showtime when I bought it in the $9 origin sale couple weeks ago. It was noted to have extra items in it (which is the only time I'll buy the expansions). The expansions with extra content come with all sorts of stuff.
Didn't someone say you can talk to CS to clean up the MMAO offerings? I haven't gotten around to trying that yet.
