I'm having some second thoughts about the whole MMAO thing. I get so few good offers, but what I'm really wondering is whether it's really worth buying an item, particularly when it's grouped with individual items I don't really want? Example: getting 40% off an item when the set will come on sale later at 73% off. I'm thinking of Runway Riot here, which is on sale, but will also be on DD in March for a better deal (assuming the list repeats). This doesn't make sense to me. I only get credit on the set for 90% of an item after the first one purchased, so wouldn't that MMAO offer be only worth 30% off it when you consider the set? So taking into account the simpoints I spend each time I buy an individual item, wouldn't I end up paying more for the set in the long run by picking up odd items here and there? Especially because most of the time, with MMAO, I would have to buy items that are really meh to me.
Why can't I understand this?
