Worlds like that require a specific process to make all into one file, and then it gets installed into the launcher.Its hard to explain, but I installed worlds like that before.Very annoying.

For example: http://modthesims.info/d/429780/riverblossom-hills-world-and-population-updated-notice-please-read.html

This one has parts, you have to place into a seperate folder and combine them all together as one in a specific process, it was annoying to do and I never installed it again.
